There are different sizes and colors of rock shaped holds on a climbing wall. Rock climbers have to make all-out effort, using the least strength and finding the fastest way to the top. Alumna Angel Wong finds rock climbing enchanting because it entails stamina, persistence and strength and it requires strong adaptability and problem-solving skills. As a coach, she encourages kids to learn rock climbing because it trains them to overcome difficulties and better handle stress.
In the future, Angel hopes to start a rock climbing school to promote the sport. She also urges young athletes to continue study and enhance the professional skills on sports training in preparing them for a better future, regardless of whether they are making a transition into a coaching role or changing a new path.
